Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your adventure for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. Weather-related cancellations are fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no cost.

What safety measures do you have in place?

All our guides are certified professionals with wilderness first aid training. We provide high-quality safety equipment, conduct thorough safety briefings, and maintain emergency communication devices on all adventures. Our safety record is exemplary with regular equipment inspections.

Do you provide all necessary equipment?

What are the age and fitness requirements?

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, we'll reschedule your adventure at no cost or provide a full refund. We monitor weather closely and will contact you 24 hours before your adventure if conditions look questionable.
